Community SERVICE
Service to humanity is central to the life of a Bahá’í and the Bahá’í Community. Our acts of service are many and varied, meeting the specific needs of the community around us.
Some common acts of service we perform include:
CHILDREN'S CLASSES
We teach and empower children to grow their natural talents and abilities, and help them develop a strong foundation for their future.
JUNIOR YOUTH SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT
The age of 11 to 14 is filled with numerous changes and a growing awareness of the rest of the world. We help these growing young men and women keep their optimism and their energy and motivation to achieve what they set out to.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We also participate in humanitarian efforts where needed – community cleaning, food drives, donations, social gatherings, visits to the elderly, community gardens, and other volunteering opportunities are among only some of our offerings of service.
YOUTH
Young adult and adults alike are the leaders, teachers, and mentors of the community. We help these bright souls find their own paths of service and to help others in kind.
DEVOTIONAL GATHERINGS
Prayer is the nourishment of the soul and the community, and gathering together in worship strengthens the bonds and the resolve of the community while bringing us closer to God.
STUDY CIRCLES
The Ruhi Institute of courses provide a structured series of studies dedicated to growing the individual in their service and in the community to support them
